Do not use screen shots. Upload a Jpeg and make certain all dimensions are bold and legible.

If you have the as is condition in pictures? Upload those as well.

Seems like there is a gaping hole in the middle of the space. Would love some dimensions.

so this is their final plan. but i dont need a table, and im thinking can the island turn 90 deg and be longer. the only problem is that back wall that would be parallel is not straight across it comes out like 10 inches. any advice is greatly appreciated.

As said unreadable and if you want help here best to post the whole floor plan to scale every window, doorways where thos elead and every measurement . Doing it on graph paper makes it easier . The posted here in jpeg format in a comment DO NOT START another post all things related to this post are now dealt with in comments here .

I’m confused. In the new drawing it looks like the kitchen is in the middle and you are moving it to the outside wall. I’d much rather have the kitchen in the middle and a wall of French doors or whatever along the whole waterfront side with a sitting area near the porch?

Use the camera, save it to a photo FILE and upload as a jpeg.Bigger and clearer than this as kitchens can't be designed on a phone.they are EXACT feet and inches.for everything.

Unfortunately, as has been pointed out above, your images are not legible. So, could you please post a separate, legible, fully-measured layout instead of the screenshots? You can draw it up by hand or using a computer app/program. Here's an excerpt from the Featured Answer of the "New to Kitchens? Read Me First!" thread:

Please post a fully-measured layout of the space under consideration and a sketch of the entire floor. Both can be either hand-drawn, computer generated, or drawn up with computer/app tools.

By "fully-measured", we mean a layout with the widths of each wall/window/door/doorway and the distances between each wall/window/door/doorway labeled. See a sample below. If something cannot be moved or changed, label it precisely on your layout (see post in sample) and tell us why it cannot be moved/changed -- we may have some ideas for you.

The sketch of the entire floor lets us see how the Kitchen relates to the rest of the home. It doesn't have to be to-scale, but it should accurately show how the rooms relate to each other and should include all interior & exterior doors. In addition, it will help us see how traffic flows in, around, and through the Kitchen. Label the front entry and family entry. The family entry is usually a garage or side entry, but it might not be. It's helpful to know which door you use to bring in groceries.

Regardless of how you draw it up (by hand, computer, etc.), please be sure all measurements are labeled. (Note: Computer generated layouts often lack key measurements and, sometimes, measure to/from things like the middle of a wall or the middle of a window. Neither are useful. Measure each item and the distances between each item.)

Other questions:

• What are your goals>? What do you like/dislike about your current Kitchen?
• Tell us about you and your family and how you plan to use your Kitchen. All-adults? Empty Nesters? Children (now or in the future)?
• What appliances (& their sizes) do you plan to have?
• Where are you flexible? Can walls/windows/doors/doorways change (move, change size, add, delete)?
• Do you have a basement under the Kitchen or are you on a slab?
• Will you be able to always eat outside, regardless of the weather?
