One Cabinet needed

I had cabinets to Go in lavergne Tennessee to try to design my cabinets for my kitchen. The person that did the federation misfigured and I'm a cabinet short on one wall. I'm looking for a seven or seven and a half inch by 42 in cabinet to go there that is a Kensington mist cabinet

A 7" cabinet is worthless. Measure your other cabinets to se how much space is taken up by the frame, subtract that from 7" and that is how much space you would have in this cabinet.

Yes, it looks slightly odd but it actually lets in more light to not have a cabinet there. And, as chispa noted, a 7" cabinet won't hold anything.
