Hello, it is surprising to me how little info you can find from homeowners on Bora XBO oven. Maybe because of its price? I am planning to get it for our new kitchen and I had a couple of live demos that got me excited. Don't get me wrong I am also scared for sure to move away from a traditional oven and a period of adjustment will be required but the food was cooked for us was so good. Either way I will be happy to hear positive or negative stories from others who used it.
