Is anything missing?

Back to a wall in my new addition room from 5 years back. Am I missing anything? The windmill is not centered because of the weight of it and having to attach it at studs. Thus, why we have a lamp on the end of the couch (to sort of make it look even). It is pushed back into the corner because it comes apart in 3 places, and I have an 18-month-old granddaughter that I don't want grabbing it and having it fall on her. I purchased a blanket basket for in front of that lamp (see below), but in your opinion, is anything else missing? I would love somehow to have a lamp at the other end of the couch by that rocking chair, but with the way it is set up, I don't see how that's possible. I also don't want the space crowded. Thoughts? It is good, so leave it be?

Show the wall opposite the sofa. I think a few tweaks is all you need. I would hang the black & white print where the small art is to the right of the sofa. Move the log to the right of the sofa so you have somewhere to put a book or a drink. Remove the tooo many pillows from the sofa. Add just a throw the blue/gray color from the rug.

@jck910, the opposite wall from the couch is a bank of windows and a slider. Literally no wall space. I have an off-white afghan that I normally have thrown over the couch, I just moved it for the photo. Good idea with the log, actually. I hadn't thought of that! And my husband hates all those pillows. I don't particularly like them either (especially the leather ones), but they came with the couch, of course. I had the southwest print pillows made at the same time. I don't mind those! But I agree, there are too many. Thanks for responding!

You need to fine tune the placement of some of your furnishings.

Nice art and furniture but way too much stuff in here. Does anyone ever sit in the rocker or is it just to look at? Can you place it elsewhere? And why is it all covered up with so many pillows and throws?

Center the sofa on the middle of the windmill. Remove half of the pillows.

Put the stump and picture elsewhere.

For kid-friendliness: Take the lamp, half the pillows, the log and its painting away. Add a basket of toys.

If you need brighter light for reading on the sofa, change the recessed lights' bulbs to brighter bulbs.
