Patricia Colwell Consulting Im asking for help finding a product. I dont need to be critiqued on the size I need and want!. Maybe you live life with a fresh manicure everyday but I clean giant litter boxes and I paint. I need a small leaning counter space next to sink. I have a closed space of 43 inches (wall to wall is 98" -a washer/dryer=57" )and I think to spend money on a smaller sink with having to add a filler space or cabinet after putting a smaller sink there makes no sense. There is no reason to always make snarky comments. If you cant help, dont answer just for another notch in your advice belt.

G W That sink would be perfect if it had a deck mounted faucet. I would have to call a plumber to get that faucet installed in the wall in which here in NY would cost at least $600 (plus faucet purchase). I have an existing deck mount and my husband would install the new one. He is somewhat handy. Stainless sinks or black metal sinks with nice open base legs look alot nicer than the plastic slop sinks on the market. If this laundry room door is open, its the first thing you see when you walk in my side door so I wanted it somewhat attractive yet functional to my needs. Thanks so much though.

Look carefully at the Protective Backsplash photo on the product webpage. You see that the surface on which the faucet is mounted is forward of the rear of the sink; there's space between the faucet mounting surface and the wall for water pipes to rise up from below. You'd just need elbows immediately behind the faucet. Here's a cheap, wall-mount kitchen faucet.

Home Depot also has some; search "utility sink drainboard". I like this Adrinfly 39" model as it has a rack below the sink.

Oh, here's a 39" Adrinfly model with a cabinet below and deck-mount faucet. It has a countertop, not a drainboard but maybe that doesn't matter.
