Which mirrors and vanity lights?

I’m redoing a bathroom that will mostly be used by my two daughters…but also guests. In the space you see, there will be the 60” vanity in the other photo. I’m trying to decide on mirrors. One big framed mirror? Two of the mirrors in the attached pic? Or I’m tempted to do two medicine cabinets for the storage space.
And then, the lights pictured over the mirrors, or sconces? (I’m not positive sconces will fit bc of the recessed space.)
Just to be extra challenging, my faucets are the hard-to-match delta champagne bronze.

No bare bulbs , especially in a bathroom, please.

Am going to advise that you think thru the entire design - wall finishes, tile, fixtures, etc. before trying to pick out mirrors and lighting fixtures. Otherwise, your bathroom might lack cohesion and look like a jumble of different pieces.

I have used medicine cabinets in several bathrooms. You need to plan ahead for those!

I prefer them recessed into the wall. I like Robern medicine cabinets.

Your contractor needs to open up the wall and see what is in the way. You might need to re-route a pipe, a vent, and/or electrical. It is all easily done, but takes a bit more time and will cost you more money. I think it is worth it for the utility and storage they provide.

Will they have LED lights, will they have power inside?

What depth can you fit in the wall, 4" or 6" ? Usually 4" for remodels.

Agree. You're trying to pick out your jewelry before choosing your outfit. Choose your big items -- wall finishes, tile, etc. first, THEN consider mirrors and lights.

As for size, always a large mirror. This current trend towards smaller, less functional mirrors makes no sense. Large mirrors give you a view of your whole outfit /not just your face. They reflect more light and make the room feel larger. Two girls can share a large mirror.

Consider pendants that drop from the ceiling /provide lighting just at face height -- no shadows this way. Do put them on dimmers, as the light will "double" in the mirror.

    Yes, framed.

Solid no to duplicate sinks. No one -- especially kids -- ever uses them at the same time, and a single sink will allow you to have a good bank of drawers on each side of the sink. Storage is more important than a second sink. Ample storage, and you won't need the medicine cabinet.

Sorry I should have included the other stuff. I do have all that picked out, just have the lights and mirrors left to decide. I have a marble-look hex tile on the floor. A dark blue tile around the tub. White walls. I don’t think I have budget to change the plumbing from the two sinks that were there before. This is an insurance claim project.
