Sinking porch tradesmen?

We have a porch on the back of the house. it seems that 3/4 is on top or brick, and then concrete was used to make it bigger?
there is an obvious step when walking on the porch when it switches to concrete. i believe the entire addition might be sinking.
what kind of pro should i call
to take a look?
