Help please! choosing composite deck color for new front entry

Hi all, our house is all cedar siding. It’s old and needs to be fixed up and re-stained at some point but first is a few front entry because ours is currently dangerous. We are getting double front doors and moving the entry to this blank bump out. We’ll take a few feet off the interior foyer to allow a 3ft overhang of the roof here. Here’s an AI mockup. Not exact but gives an idea. We need to pick composite decking for the front entry and steps. We will also use it to the right where we will create a screened in porch where the old entry was.
I’m thinking a medium brown. Then a gray/brown paver walkway to tie in the charcoal roof (not done yet but on the left side), black front doors and black railings.
It’s very hard to pick a color bc the siding has so many variations from age!
Another complication is we are planning a new back deck too and that needs to light due to SW facing hot direction.
I could use some help… Which color would look best in the front? And do the front and back have to match?

Is there a reason, why you want to move the entry way. It is in a perfect place right now, and the house is going to look a bit lop sided if you change it?

Lose the double doors and go with a 42" wide door with 2 sidelites. I would also recommend not moving the entry. What brand composite decking are you looking at?

thanks all. We are already decided on the double door entry and moving it. It may be hard to tell in photos, but it makes no sense where it is now. No one can see it and everyone just guesses where it is. and there is a blank bump out that makes no sense. We are super excited about the change! Just need to decide on decking. thanks!!

GREAT HOUSE! Great property. I found an inspiration for you (actually the entire link is fun to look at). It is two toned decking. Maybe this might work for the front of the house.

As for the back deck, go as light as you can and make sure the brand guarantees you won't burn off the soles of your feet. We have Trex and it gets so hot; no bare feet.

Cedar will change colors quite a bit when cleaned and sealed, then slowly get dark again. I think this two tone idea is your best bet for looking like it belongs.

My light gray Trex gets dirty. I'd go for darker.
