Can you explain more? It looks like you are moving the kitchen onto a balcony?

it’s a backyard we already extended to be 10ftx10ft kitchen and another 10ftx10ft for laundry area. i kinda like to have outdoor kitchen as well, thinking about combining wet kitchen + laundry

I think most people on this board are not familiar with wet and dry kitchens as a concept, it's more a thing in south Asia than US.

Neither area can accommodate an island.

10 x 10 is not too small for a kitchen but it depends on your household size and how you like to cook, eat and entertain.

You need more width. 15' would help. 20' is what you have to work with. How much can you change the layout? It looks like you have added to the rear, or can add to the rear. Could you make the addition two levels to move the guest room up?

I don't understand wet /dry issue, but we don't like clothes with food prep in the USA, and 10 x 10 won't give you an island.

I have no idea what you are doing. Never heard of wet and dry kitchens so more info about that . I never put a bathoom next to a dining room I cannot figure out the measurements of the space as you list them comapred to the drawing To scale plans are what we need and all room measurements in imperial since this is a US site .
