Friends: Just a reminder that FSC's big rose garden pruning party is this Saturday, Feb. 15. 9:00 to whenever. Experienced rosarians, utter novices, and everyone in between are welcome, and we deeply appreciate the help! If you are not familiar with the campus, GPS map 915 Frank Lloyd Wright Way, Lakeland Florida. That will get you to the entrance to a big parking lot. You can park anywhere there, or we also hope to have the unpaved lot next to the garden open that day as well. As you enter the big lot, that smaller, unpaved lot would be directly in front of (south of) you. But the traffic pattern is one-way, so make the big counterclockwise loop through the big lot to get to that smaller lot entrance.
If you want to bring your own clippers and gloves, feel free, although we have many pairs of both that we're happy to loan.
If you don't know how to properly prune your roses, this will be a good opportunity to learn! Please come and join the fun.
