I have Yellow Polka Dot Bikini..what a cute name..as usual mine is smaller than Laurie's or Saija's..😂

but it's big compared to my Praying Hands 😜..

I just noticed..the margins of my YPDB are darker than the center..Laurie's and Saija's have light margins and darker centers?..did I get the wrong label?..

debra..I love Yankee Blue..🙂 how funny is this?..years ago I bought a solid green that was labeled Striptease..I didn't know Striptease wasn't a solid 🤦‍♀️..the tag was handwritten and no photo..if shopping now I'd grab my phone and look up the name..to this day my "Striptease" is solid..no variegation..and now my YPDB could be a Striptease? 😂..I checked the Hosta Library..my YPDB does look like Striptease..

fyi..I did NOT mix them up..my "Striptease" is much older..I distinctly remember where I bought it (Country Harmony..a small local gift and plant store) and where I planted it..I guess I don't have a YPDB..

on the left side from the bottom..there's 2 Krossa Regal..above them is the one labeled Striptease..there's an Abiqua Drinking Gourd on the right of it..I bet my "Striptease" is a common green one..

Thanks Ann. Yes YBDB does transition later in the season. Mine has never gone as dark as yours but different sun exposure could explain that. I was thinking Striptease like Debra but your pic this a.m. shows YPDB.

Ann, isn’t it nice to know you do have a yellow polka dot bikini and not a NOID? There’s a few that change like that over the season, which seems like a remarkable trait to me. I don't know how they do it. I'm sure the explanation would go over my head, lol.
