I think there is better circulating room with the two couches, also more options for placement.

Sectionals have less seats than two sofas. Each sofa sits two people comfortably with an armrest (don’t do the armless sofas you have shown). An L shaped sectional has three ‘good’ seats and ruins the traffic flow.

No sectionals! Couches are much easier with which to decorte.

Sectionals are IMO the most expensive way to buy the LEAST number of comfy seats since arm rests = comfort . 2 sofas 4 comfy seats , no matter how big the sectional 2 comfy seats the 2 ends , The pics you show are just some sectional separted so no to those pieces .

Is that your space shown? It’s always hard to tell dimensions in such photos, but how far away from the TV is the seating that’s actually face- on to the TV? Most of the seating is perpendicular. So if this is mostly going to be the TV viewing room for the family or group renting, it doesn’t look that comfortable. But maybe they will be mostly on the beach!
