Wall color is decided with many things in mind IMO the windows with the almond frame would be easily covered with window coverings so not the huge deciding factor. Why white at all for walls, not every house looks good with white walls. If Shoji is the color of the walls you want then the same for the trim only matte for the walls and semi glose or satin for the trim mixing whites IMO never is easy and often looks like you tried and missed . Your furniture, floors lighting all have to be taken into the mix before choosing wall color

Shoji White leans a little grey if that's what you intended. Another you might consider - take a look at SW Snowbound, it's a softer white. I have walls in Neutral Ground (similar to ivory vinyl window shade), and Snowbound for trim and ceiling.
