Suggestions For A White Floribunda

You all gave me great suggestions when I needed a mauve rose - now I need suggestions for a couple of white floribundas to go beside a birdbath for a new landscaping project. Shirley's Bouquet comes to mind - but would like to know if there are other good ones. Thanks!

Just realized Shirley's Bouquet is listed as a hybrid tea but the one I saw bloomed as much as a floribunda so that is what I assumed it was...........

How tall do you need them to be? Desdemona may not be a floribunda but would be lovely. It is a near white in cold weather but very white in warm. Shirleys Bouquet is lovely.

    I love Easy Spirit.

I did lots of research and just bought Easy Spirit.

Bolero! A prolific bloomer with the most delicious fragrance. To be fair, it's the only white floribunda that I have, but it's lovely.

@Lilyfinch z9a Murrieta Ca your garden is gorgeous! Beautiful house too. I wish I could have roses everywhere all willy-nilly but the deer would have a feast :(

I would also say carefully, that I do not recall having thrips on Easy Spirit which is huge advantage for white roses.

Havent considered Easy Spirit - going to check that out, looks like what I want. I just built a new carport and it has a pretty area of grass beside it with a wrought iron fence - its a square area - and I plan to put at one end a slightly curved bed with birdbath in center. I dont know how to post photos.......but will see if I can figure it out. Rather a formal look......white roses on either side of birdbath, small Jason Bowers boxwood edging - annuals behind that and 2 evergreen cypress at each end. Will see if I can figure out the photo thing........I have a very small Bolero but it was a band so not doing much yet. Heard good things about it.

Bolero! It does stay small, but the blooms are excellent and the fragrance superb.
Not classed as a floribunda—it’s an ARE Pioneer rose—but the same size and with same characteristics is Rockwell Sesquecentennial. It blooms all season, doesn’t get diseases (but then-dry climate here), has a delightful compact habit. No real fragrance here.
The blooms can be pink in the spring, but are reliably white the rest of the year.

This is Rockwall blooming today. She was transplanted from a large pot, where she’d lived happily for 6 years, into a half barrel this fall.

Here’s Rockwall opening up, indoors. I swear she is white the rest of the year!

My favorite white floribunda is Saratoga. It has a lot of substance, and blooms really well. Alas, it isn't fragrant. It has always reminded me of a gardenia in appearance (probably b/c of its thick petals, aka "substance"). Bolero is nice, but a bit of a wimpy grower and kinda stingy for me. I've always been intrigued by Easy Spirit, but I've never seen it in person. A few pics of Saratoga:

Judith , I do hope you’ll post pics even when you get your bed planted ! I love birdbath gardens . I think they are so charming. I have 5 here , and I’d buy more too lol

Thanks SD shine ! I hate that anyone has to fight deer for their plants . I am in a very heavily populated area with a super busy road behind our house and we are far enough from any nature reserve area . This is unfortunate tho, bc I don’t get much variety of birds that visit , and now all I hear is traffic 😩but I have never seen a ground squirrel or gopher or anything so that’s good i suppose? It’s a trade off for sure . We do have coyotes lurking but that’s it .
