What a pretty house! Except for the snow, of course. I’m way tired of snow!

I don’t know what you mean by ”windows aren’t even on both sides of the door.” All windows on the house, including the sidelights, look even to me. Did you mean the width of the porch itself? I can’t see the porch floor, but the porch roof may not be evenly placed over the door. That seems fairly obvious when comparing the vertical supports to the sconces on the wall. I wonder why it was built like that?

The sconces are too small, by the way.

A tall plant in a nice big pot to the left of the door will trick the eye and balance the difference.

Or maybe it’s the right side that is wider? It’s hard to tell from the picture.

Thank you both! The sconces are ordered and had thought the same thing about a large plant on the left. But no comments on the black iron columns? Maybe they're not so bad then?
