In your drawing the mirrors are placed too high and are probably too short.

The middle cabinet would be much better as a 3 or 4 drawer stack.

Jan, SO helpful. Thank you for taking the time to do that. This drawing is just from contractor, with me not choosing those mirrors/size. Basically just a youth draft, with me to then come in and change things. I love the idea of one large mirror as well. I, too, prefer a clean, minimalist feel and less clutter. I never keep items on the counter once I’m done getting ready. Your visuals help.

I took your advice Jan and did two sconces, one large mirror, and recessed lighting. I forgot I’ll have two little girls in there wanting their hair done by me and having more mirror space is a good thing! So thank you!!

If you want to use 2 framed mirrors rather than one, and your middle space is larger than the side spaces, i think a double sconce in the center with singles on the sides is a nice look.

First, if you don't already own the vanity, I'd rethink it. You want DRAWERS at the sink -- cabinet door storage is "builder basic" and cheap. You could have another set of large drawers in the middle of the two sinks. Or you could ditch the duplicate sink and really have good storage. Those small drawers on the side are of questionable value.

I'd go with a large mirror shared, as someone else showed above. A larger mirror will make the room feel larger and brighter, plus it's more simple, classic -- and more functional, as it allows you to see your outfit /not just your face. You can still do sconces "through" a larger mirror.

" Cabinet storage" does not mean builder basic. As long as you have adequate drawer storage? They make plumbing easier. We don't know the entirety of her bath. Many prefer a couple very open ended spaces to fill.......however. : )

It need not negate a good, look, or boring basic, in any way.

I have very high end cabinets in my master bathroom with cabinet storage underneath both the vanity sinks. It is in no way builder basic. I have enough drawer storage in both vanities and elsewhere in the bathroom that I didn't need to spend extra $$ to add it under the sink.

Thank you for all the ideas. That vanity is just put in as an example. The middle cabinet will actually be drawers as well. So under the sinks will be cupboards, but everything else drawers. It is a LONG vanity (92 inches or something?) and we also have a linen closet located nearby. I appreciate everyone’s input. It’s so nice to hear people’s perspectives as im tired and realize why people budget for a designer 😆

While I have you ladies here, can I ask what color door/window you would put here in my home? Currently remodeling our entire home and I would love to not paint the brick. Any suggestions would be welcome! For reference, the inside will have white oak floors stained a medium brown, accessible beige SW perimeter cabinetry, and a wood stained island.

Also, I should add that the door position cannot be changed due to a staircase. To the right is stone that we also don’t plan on removing, but open to manipulating with a paint or something, but would probably prefer to keep it as is for the time being.
