Can other things change other than the color?

Yes the design cant be modified at this point but how it is painted I am open to suggestions.

Part of the problem is I see two greens and a blue and two slivers of green in the image you provide. The other problems should not be addressed in this discussion because this discussion is solely about color.

The blue below the two greens is the color we are planning for the front door. The brown to the left is the decking color. The two green slivers to the right shouldnt be there and I meant to crop them out.

The staircases, trim, decks and railings on the four levels already create contrast that will be emphasized by the white roof matching some of it. The next step is to get a view of all facades in the correct color representation. This view is too inaccurate. My first impression is looking for the calming feeling from one color for the siding.

A commercial hotel should have a lot better design appearance, and for sure not be stick framed.

Every house is stick framed where we are building. We like the appearance and design. Im just asking about how to paint it using the palate we are planning.

Not a pro, but live in an area with similar style homes. Easy part of your question - no, I would not change colors on an outside corner for a variety of reasons.
As to the two colors - the rendering has two colors used as main and accent, which looks great. Using one color on half the house (as you suggest) will look choppy and much less intentional. Not sure why you are considering this. The top will look like an afterthought or addition. Keep in mind that repainting a home of this size and height will require scaffolding and-or lifts - a time consuming and expensive endeavor. Better to get it right the first time.

One more thing to consider. There’s a lot of railing in front and rear of home. These can be the accent color you choose and will add dimension - but will also make for a busy visual. Another reason to choose one color for the house itself.

Yes I agree not transitioning on an outside corner. The gables and lower two floors are vertical LP siding. The upper two floors are horizontal LP siding. We are doing all the trim in white. Would you just do the lighter green in the gables and the gable above the front porch?

Just opinion here - I would make the gables all the accent color. But others may have different ideas.

What are other buildings in the area like? Some places might be more one or two tone, others might have a lot more accents in color. If you are part of a commercial rental area, there might be some municipal/HOAish kind of details going on with house exteriors. I know sometimes some areas have guidelines about what can or not happen with shore properties.

The HOA approved these two colors. The development started 25 years ago. Those homes are one color but newer homes in the community seem to trend with vertical and lap siding and multiple colors. What would you do as far as where you would put each color?

This is off topic but to have to go up 25 steps and then back down 8 steps just to get to the second floor seems like it would get old quick. You're not retirement age are you?

The front stairs will likely not be used as the primary entrance. There is an entrance under the carport with stairs and an elevator that goes to all floors.
