Also looking for hosta ID

After looking at pictures of what I thought was Big Daddy in my garden and comparing pictures of it in the HL, I realized that my hosta is not BD. Then old_dirt decided her BD also was not BD. Can anyone ID these two? Both of our pics are in the ”large and giant” post done just a couple of days ago.

Thanks for any guesses.

You could probably get away with just calling them Elegans. (See hosta library)

I do have Elegans in several places that came with the house so perhaps you are right. Thanks.

Gary, after staring at all the pictures in the HL and reading the database description, it says Elegans has a blunt tip. Do you think mine looks like that? It looks a bit elongated to me, like Blue Angel, but I know it’s not because the flowers are very different.
