Put in a white picket fence or a row of grasses.

The conifers already planted can be increased across the existing planting bed in a three-dimensional layout instead of a single row. Expand the bed width as necessary.

Plants or build a screen. Either way, watch out for pool pipes and any other buried utilities.

Be kind to the serviceman by providing at least 3' of space in front of the pool equipment piping. And keep plants pruned to maintain.

Better yet, plant tall plants along the fence line. I would want privacy more so than being concerned about seeing the equipment from the street.
