I don't know where any thing is from this pic. Can you make a little stick figure drawing and show us the layout? Also how many people share this bathroom?

The vanity is immediately on the right and is 5 feet wide (between the front wall and the wall in question). The toilet is on the other side of the wall in question (also on the right) and the tub is next to the toilet. There is a small storage closet on the left behind the entry door, and just wall on the left beyond that. We are now empty nesters but our young grandkids use this bathroom. I favor the privacy wall because it allows a child to use the toilet while another may be brushing teeth or at sink.

Without a door, which is doesn't sound like you have room for, not many people will use the toilet while a child is using the sink and vice versa. Kids grow fast. By 5, they probably expect to close a door when using the toilet. And, anyway, it's often handier to not have to answer questions about various equipment, although I did laugh when my daughter observed that while only her brother had a pee-ness, they both had the same poop-ness.

We took a wall/door out that separated a double vanity from a toilet/shower/window area. We put in a clear glass shower door. We love it! It feels so open. The light coming from the window makes a big difference.

Shasta, that is an intriguing idea. I would love to see a pic of the space!

My vote is for 3rd party: no wall.
