My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Anyone know if HCR shipments are running behind?

Hi everyone,


I have orders from High Country Roses that were due to be shipped last week and the week before, but I haven't gotten any communication about them and they still show as processing in my profile. Before I go poking at their CS I was just wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation or if this is normal for this time of year. I ordered from them last year and everything was great. Thanks!

    Matt emailed and told me a few of mine were not quite ready to ship. I told him no problem - just ship when ready. Good communication from him........am sure they are really busy. I have always gotten excellent roses and its fine if they are shipped a little later when they are ready.
