Skip it. That trend was ten years ago. You almost never need an ‘accent tile’. Show the room and your tile selections. It might be great but in most spaces it just looks forced.

I did it in my master bathroom back then and did regret it years later. Luckily the way the shower and bathroom were laid out, you couldn't see the 'accent' until you were at the shower door, so it wasn't in your face or visible for photos!

Forget that plan keep a bathroom simple to avoid dated looks and busy tile .
