Have you considered removing the mantle? I think without it the floral art would look great then put the mirror over the glass table. What you have there now is too wide

First, what's with the mantle? The proportions don't seem to suit the room. I'd replace it, but if you cannot do that I'd at least lower it closer to the fire box.

If you'd like to reinforce the brass in the room then select something brass for over the fireplace. Here is a starburst mirror and sconces. The sconces can be remote controlled battery operated if you don't want to have the expense of electric.

As another option here is a framed canvas that picks up the soft blues and oranges of your accessories.

That dark, thick mantle seems so very out of place. Maybe one of these would have been a better choice.

The mantle was here when we moved in eight years ago! I've just never figured out what to do with it. Love the brass starburst mirror with scones surrounding. Now to find that mirror!!

your matching etageres might benefit from a darker wall color background.

I would paint the whole fireplace wall a deep aqua (looks like you have accents of aqua)

Whatever you choose on the mantle and decor pieces on the etageres would pop.

This space could really use a less is more idea. IMO remove all the decor and then see what you need first . Print drapes are always an issue for me they are busy and often do not work in a LR at all. The eterges are really not showing bits worth dispaly maybe lok at two lower cabinets instead . I assume there is no TV here I would remove the mantel and then hang a nice larger piece of art there . Love the blue color hate that fake greenery and those little lamps . Too many pillows on the sofa IMO if you need to move a pillow to sit there are too many pillows . I would do the blue for the drapes in a nice simple linen in blue the one pillow on the sofa I would do thr bird one. I like the blue lamp . If those eterges stay then the wall color needs to be darker and you need to display only things needing display not a bunch of stuff bought to fill the shelves .and IMO anice wrm white for the walls the beige is not doing anything for the dpace and no aqua wall at all. This a nice look for the drapes soft blue linen and the white walls to go with them and if you want to paint that FP wall match the drapes
