Ideas for chairs for my live edge table

Hi we have just moved into our brand new home. We have one large room.The table is live edge with gray tones and black. I am really liking mid century modern. I am having a hard time on the color and base material of the chairs. I was wanting 6 chairs total maybe 2 with arms . Would love any feedback back you all might have. Thank you😊

A classic chair with a live edge table (originated by Nakashima) was the Mira or Straight Back chair.

So I think a similar chair or a Wegner type chair in black paint would be nice

I love simple MCM chairs with live edge tables that don't distract from the live edge.

This is a typical table and chair combo for Nakashima live edged tables. The other was the sled based Conoid chair which I find a bit heavy
