I’m looking for ideas to completely redesign my guest room, which also serves as my home office. I’m open to changing the layout entirely and would really appreciate creative suggestions based on the photos and drawing I’ve attached. I included room dimensions to help, although the proportions in the sketch are not exact.

Must-haves:
• Copy machine (used daily, needs to be easily accessible)
• Queen bed (open to a Murphy bed or smart space-saving option since guests stay about 2 months per year)
• Large desk (56 x 29, glass top with silver legs) with storage for daily work

Ideal setup:
• Desk facing the entrance, with my back to the window (where the bed currently is)
• TV on the left wall near the entrance (it’s a TV, not a monitor)

Style: modern, clean, cohesive, with gray tones. I’d like to refresh the room while keeping the existing gray-taupe wood-look ceramic flooring.

Looking for a smart layout that balances a functional workspace with a welcoming guest area.
