The easiest is to find the cream color paint you love and doing the walls in eggshell finish, the ceiling in flat finish and the trim in semi-gloss. Off white creams have a distinctive undertone.

What is most important to know before you pick your creamy color, is the direction of the natural light. Guessing that this room is north light with lots of windows.

Going for a whole house white, I don't think a creamy white should be your choice. Choose a white with a higher LRV...meaning is is pretty pure, with no undertones. White Dove, for instance.

I love that first pic. So just changing up the finishes gives a different look? The trim looks white to me. Our windows do face north. I have a large open space from entry, hall, living, dining to kitchen. Do I drench the entire house with one color (different finishes)?

I would pick a color for the walls, and maybe do trim the same color in a different sheen. All this white is very tiresome.
