I like the remote control ones that have a small unobtrusive box at top. Many blind companies have options with built in sheer panels where the blinds can filter sun when down without being closed completely and losing your ability to see out. Some are even smart now and can come down during set times each day and disappear and open the windows again. Shutters are beautiful, but they definitely block views and natural light when you do want it.
