What problems are you trying to solve? Is it a rental? You appear to be parking on the grass, do you need an additional parking pad or circular driveway? Other than a new front door (yellow?) you need hardscaping and landscaping. Probably worth paying to get a proper plan done even if you implement it yourself over time. Hard for us to guess based on one photograph and no idea where you are (palm trees are great in some areas, not so much others)

The house is fine. You need a step that is the same height as the door. You need some landscaping. Building a little patio for your chairs, some foundation shrubs and planting something on either side of the paty would do some way.
