It looks fine - I don't see anything overly bulge-like in that graft, but I don't see a lot of crown gall in my region. The growth comes out sideways on grafted roses because the graft is split onto the side of the cane. I might trim off that stub of the original rootstock extending above the graft just for neatness. It's the blocky cane to the left of the rose above where the branches are. Don't go all the way down to the graft, just a little trim. It won't hurt anything to leave it, I just like to tidy it up.

I tend to plant my bareroots like this a bit sideways with the grafted side tilted upwards so that the growth part of the rose is growing more or less vertically once planted. Just a preference, it's not necessary.
