Accent wall and island help

Hi! What can do with wall. This small beach condo with a combined living, dining kitchen. I am thinking navy accent wall with sconces and possibly painting the island navy. I would appreciate your suggestions. The TV has to stay.

Turn your dining table diagonally.

I love the Beach Glass color in your condo. I would not add navy.

I would consider doing a stronger version of the Beach Glass color on the walls of the kitchen to make the cabinets more important.

I'd add rattan shades to your pendants. You can probably pick up the rattan shades at World Market.

I could see navy; it would certainly reduce the dominance of the large TV. Be careful about its undertone, with the console that leans green and the rug that (in the photo, at least) leans purple.

Mostly, though, I would want a longer console to better relate to the size of the TV. Here I just extended the existing one, which couldn't be done in real life, but maybe this one could go elsewhere and a longer one replace it? (I assume lamps are also on the to-do list, for warmer evening light than just the overhead fixture.)

Measure before you buy a second console. The edited photo shows six doors instead of four (so one and a half of the existing console). You could do that if the existing one is actually two 2-door pieces (you could buy one more), but I'm not sure there's room for two 4-door units.

I would also center the TV/console on the furniture arrangement rather than the wall, if possible.

Can the sideboard be moved to the dining room. It's too small for that size TV screen.

If you make the TV disappear into a darker wall, then it won't be so obvious that the TV is too big over the console.
