We'll see how high it blooms this year. It's been a couple or three years since the trees got trimmed.

Mine got frost hit last year, but this year looks hopeful Jeri. It is a gorgeous rose.

Wow, it's gorgeous! I'm very excited that my own Lady Banks just started blooming for the first time ever. I put it in the ground in 2021 and it's been a long wait - but it's now huge and absolutely covered in buds that just started opening. So fun!

Unbelievable folks. My BF Planted one last year, I'm guessing it's not reliably hardy here, but I figured if she wanted my help she'd have asked! Who knows. It may surprise me.

It goes up trees, here, and the a*swipe who brought the property next door has blocked the right of way, and I can't really get to it any more.

And the sad truth is, he's not a "neighbor." He just bought the property, and uses it (illegally) as a business address. He's a really, really nasty person.

Vaporvac, you probably don't want to hear this, but once and only once in the twenty-three years we've been here the temperature dropped below 10°F. All three of my Lady Banks roses (two double yellow, one double white) froze back hard; the younger of the two double yellows was killed to the ground. They were the only roses in the garden that suffered freeze damage. They recovered magnificently, but then their roots were well established. Still, why not experiment?
