Wow beautiful pics!! 😍

Sorry about the repetition, now deleted. I was sure they hadn't posted. These Wisterias were all seen yesterday in a small area. It was a delightful walk.

I would certainly be delighted to walk about and see such beauty!

It’s tough to beat Wisteria for pure garden drama. We plan to visit England next Spring and I hope to see up close what you’ve captured in the pics. Do you see much of the North American wisterias (W. frutescens and W. machrostachya) being used in the UK?

Had a large-trunked wisteria at childhood home that would grow into/around itself making a med-sized "bush". When in bloom, carpenter bees would be flying around it, w/males hovering and attacking each other.

Wow!!! How beautiful! i especially love that one in front of the brick building in the tiny front yard. The lovely fence, the incredible trunk, and the blooms themselves create such a beautiful sight!

Can I ask what that smaller building is, the one with the chimneys that look like 4(?) twisted pillars? Is that actually someone's house? It's amazing!

The smaller pink building is someone's house afaik. It's a lodge house to the Tudor Fulham Palace, former home of the Bishop of London. The other buildings are all in Chiswick along the banks of the Thames.

The north American Wisterias are seen here but not as much as sinensis.
