Haven't picked out the faucet yet but these are cabinets, floors, counters and what I am thinking for sink and lights

Black is really trendy, great to use on replaceable things like lights, not something I’d want on a fixed item like a sink. I’ve owned a black sink once, NEVER AGAIN. I would also reconsider Tharpe’s glass globes, they show every bit of dust. Is that pale lvt going through the whole first floor?

Yes the LVP is going through the whole first floor. We have decided we want a granite sink but can't decide on the color.

90% of my clients do stainless sinks because they last forever. I would also be super sure about that lvp, it looks very fake in photos.

I think clear glass pendants are harsh and uncomfortable due to the glare of the exposed bulbs. Or you get lower output decorative bulbs so there's less glare but then you don't have enough light.

With everything being light in color I'm also unsure about the black pendants, when there is nothing else black lower down as it were. In general I think the black and champagne can be great together, but not sure I'm seeing it with these selections.
