I prefer the bottom option as the toilet feels roomier, plus I like the towel space next to the shower as you're showing in your rendering. However, I'd suggest flipping the door swing to block the view of the toilet when opening the door and get even more wall space for a towel warmer by the shower.

Where exactly is the door located? We need its precise position.
Is it possible to place the toilet on a different wall, or is it strictly fixed to the corner shown in your drawing?
Is it technically impossible to move it?

Hi, toilet should stay in that corner since there is vertical pipe for it in this corner.

Doors can be moved left and right on the eall they're now but it must be at least 90 cm from left wall, even better with 100cm.
