New home build and the room size is fixed but trying to determine furniture and placement to see if we need a floor outlet.

How would you lay out the furniture? We are open to buying new furniture -- how would you optimize?

Requirements:

100% Full time WFH needs

Desk to accommodate 1-2 laptops, light storage/shelving, 1 printer

"Cleanest" (cable management, etc.) arrangement

Nice to Have: Living Room + office setup whereby guests can have seating and/or table to gather
