Help. Just had a custom desk/cabinets installed and it is much bigger than expected. How do i balance out the rest of the room? I am stuck with the desk/cabinet as-is. I will post pics once the cabinets are painted but wondering if there are any tips. Room is roughly 12x12 and the desk portion runs the length of the wall (approximately 137"). I do have very tall ceilings. Thinking of balancing out the other side of the room with a sofa/bed (for when room is used for guests), and also considering painting the walls and ceiling a light blue (cabinet will be white).
