Looking for ideas for a window between rooms?

We are currently doing renos on a new apartment, and we have a weird, long, horizontal window in the wall of our dining room, looking into one of the bedrooms. We have turned this bedroom into our office, and I would like to do something different with this window... but what?
The wall just to the right is a rounded wall that leads into a long hallway which will feature our photography, (we are artists), and the office entrance door is on that hallway wall.
I kinda like having light into the room, and think its an interesting feature, but it's sort of a miss.
It was an architectural feature from 1989 when it was built.
Looking for ideas on what I can do with it? Change it into? (The lantern chandelier will also be replaced with something else.)

How about a decorative window film?

You could attach an LED strip light to the bottom of the window frame on one side or the other. Or if you really wanted to do it fancy, insert an acrylic panel into an edge-lit LED channel mounted in the frame. You're photographers; perhaps you can print a photo on an acrylic sheet, transparent so light would pass through it.

You either leave it or take it out!

Are there windows in this office/bedroom? Or was that the reason for putting an interior window? If there is other natural light in this room, I would close up that window.

How convenient to have a framed space ready.
Consider a stained glass insert...made to your design and color choice.
It will add a soft glow to the dining room when office lights are on and vice versa.
Personalize with your initials /business name/ artwork sample if so inclined.
Should you ever relocate,it will be easy to take with.

Stained glass. Depending on the size, you might be able to find some in a salvage shop.

How about converting one of your photographs to a transparent pencil sketch, then inserted into an edge-lit LED channel?
