The first thing I would do is paint the ceiling a pale blue (to mimic the sky)

and get an outdoor area rug to ground the furniture and lighten the space.

IF you need a bit more privacy you could hang a trellis or DIY a artful screen.

Find an outdoor rug in a colour you like, coordinate cushions and accent pillows for your chairs and loveseat, bring in some plants in nice planters.

The furniture you have out there now is a good start. Would suggest adding a rug to anchor yor furniture grouping. Artwork and plants would be a good addition. It's great that you already have a ceiling fan out there.

Comfy furniture is the place to start what you have is not it. Some color , a nice rug to go with the new cushions on the furniture . IMO some lighting to make it nice in the evening too Outside much larger planters filled to overflowing with seasonal plants . Best is to treat this space like an extension of your home

Outdoor cushions can be $$ and you will have to measure well to get the right size - I have found options at Lowe's and Ballard Designs

I don't know if it's a practical idea, but my very first thought was - paint the bricks white. It would lighten/brighten the area so and even be more welcoming as you approach from the outside.

I love the brick color and would def keep it as is.

I think of this area as another space in your home. Add an outdoor area rug, pillows, outdoor lamps, new ceiling fan, and curtains. Add greenery. You can also mix fake with real if you want. Is there a space to add a TV? Maybe a bookshelf if you like to read?? I would choose colors that flow from your inside to your outside. Put up pictures or metals that complement the walls. Hope this helps.

Plants are a must to add life. I would include different sizes and structures of low maintenance plants: some tree types, like fig or citrus, down to plants like spider or snake plants. A rug would also make it feel more grounded and homey along with some lamps or floor lamps and you'll never want to leave. I would tend to keep the constantly flowering plants outside, for the benefit of wildlife and the upkeep to a minimum. You have one pot of geraniums or something on the outside; more would be good. On the inside outer wall above the screens, you could add brackets and have hanging plants where they would not be in the way.

I'd try moving the couch piece to the right of the window so that it's not in front of it and flip the side table to the left of the couch. By moving that all over, you might be able to fit in a small bistro set right outside the door and near the outside wall. I love eating outdoors, and it might be nice to have a table at a height that is conducive for that. You would have two areas in which to enjoy: a dining area and a relaxing and entertaining area. Some seat cushions would also add some comfort and color and help to define a color scheme followed through in the rug.

Remove the hard tile floor that breaks glass - add wood which has a warmer look. Get rid of the black uninviting furniture or paint it white or a pastel color, or a dark red or warm color of some sort. If you cannot remove the tile, a soft rug would help.

Then look thru photos of porches on Houzz or other website as there are so many different looks and yours should be to YOUR taste. You can go with cottage with light colors, or warm woods to go with the red brick, or another - see which photos jump out at you - dark or light, etc. Add frilly cotton curtains, or natural color bamboo blinds, or another choice, but whichever it should reflect YOUR taste. Window treatments will warm up the space. String lights are a great touch - add them too.

There are so many options, none of us can tell you the best - go with your kind of style, but start with getting rid of the out-dated hard (glass-breaking) tile and the black. Black should never ever be used in a house! Have fun!

Plants and cushions. What is your favorite color? Make it a fun restful place that you wouldn't want to leave. I envy the space.

Most think porch therefore wicker but I don't find it all that comfortable for relaxing/reading etc. More comfortable furniture would be on my wish list. Outdoor rug

I wou would add plants, a large light color rug, a couple of lamps and colorful cushions.

Your furniture is fine - a good style & scale for the space & comfortble enough for morning coffee, afternoon tea or such. (I assume you have more 'hang out space' in the yard.)

Black is elegant & goes with the tone of the brick - neither of which I would paint (pastels would totally clash). But good cushions are a must, even if you get them at Ikea. Maybe a throw blanket for chiily evenings.

A rug would also be nice too, just make sure its a good size & doesnt make any island of any of the wicker pieces.

Try using the rule of 3 for styling the coffee table.

Add a recharable lamp or two & as many plants of different heights as you like & you're golden. :) Nice space!
