The current mirror size is fine.
Although it’s not really reflecting anything all that interesting.

It think it’s a bit too large and wide. To create a good balance, proportions are key (same goes for the smaller sized mirror if you go that route). Maybe head to HomeSense or Marshalls and select different sizes and some modern shapes. Also suggest more substantial lamps which will create a nicer reflection and more balance. Test combinations and you’ll know when it feels right and there are lots of on line examples if you are looking for ideas.

Would advise using artwork instead of mirrors. Mirrors should really only be used when there is something interesting being reflected. That is seldom the case though.

I would not keep the mirrors at all! art work above the bed if you think you need something.

I don't see any benefit to selecting a smaller size mirror.

I like the larger size. I'm not too keen on the mirror itself. It doesn't relate enough to the bed or bed stands. I'd get one with a darker frame. I think they will look great reflecting the light from your lamps and from your windows.

What do u think of these- black and gold heavier frame?

I’m afraid the heavy frame and dark color may make it look too busy..
