I might do a sectional on the back wall.
Against the little bump out. And do a console table for the plants in the same spot they are now.

I don’t know what else because it’s hard to get a real feel of the space. Can you post more photos of the other walls?

Post a floor plan with measurements. Include the rooms adjacent to the living room.

My initial thought is to put the puzzle table and computer station on the side of the room with gable window wall. Then put the seating area and TV on the other side of the room. A couch positioned perpendicular to the gable window wall would help hide the table/computer area. You could put a sideboard or sofa table behind the sofa to provide additional storage or table space in the computer/puzzle area.

Maybe put the TV on the wall where the computer table is now. The floor plan will help determine this plus where additional chairs and/or a 2nd sofa could be placed without obstructing traffic flow and room openings.

If you use slim office chairs on casters in the computer/puzzle area, they can be rolled over to the seating/TV area as needed.

What other living space do you gave available for dining and overflow from the living area? Also your dining chairs can be moved as needed for additional guest seating.

Here is our layout. The living room has the master bedroom to the left (if you’re looking at the living room from the kitchen) with a hallway to the other rooms to the right. We do have some dining room space upon entry we also have to figure out

What are the measurements of the living room?

Seeing your layout, I change my recommendation, below, to:

Put a 2nd couch on the wall where the computer station is now and the TV across from it (on the wall shared with the closet/bathroom).

That gives you 6 seats between the 2 couches + chairs from other areas for additional seating.

Massive is a relative term. My living/family room is 26’x35’. What are your measurements?

If the home is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in 1,499 square feet, I probably wouldn’t consider your living room massive.

Massive for us as we are leaving a 900sqft apartment for 7 people and now are here with zero furniture lol

The space next to the kitchen and dining room is an extra 4x14 but that’s mostly walking space and hoping to get stools next to the
