IMO the whole point of a pull is it saves the cabinet from getting yucky what is the issue with the touch opener to me much better than what you show .I have all slab cabinets and a simple long pull does not really look cluttered and works very well to keep my cabinet fronts cleaner.

I don’t like a cutout section of the door being used as a ” integrated pull”. I think it breaks up the sleek slab look more than a slim pull would, and what happens when your fingers are gummy with flour, slick with grease, etc and you need to get into the cabinet ASAP? You can check out edge pulls, some almost disappear visually.

A recipe for quickly wearing out the finish on your cabinets. Go look at an older kitchen with pulls and knobs and you will still find a bit of wear behind the pull and around the knob.

I would look at edge pulls. They can be surface mounted or routed into the edge of the door/drawer. If surface mounted make sure the design of the door/drawer will allow the thickness of the edge pull to fit between doors/drawers. Your cabinet makes will need to know this upfront.
