Hope identify this weed
last year
I live in the Pacific Northwest my grass is blue grass ryegrass and fescue. I have this weed that is taking over my yard It has runners that go under the grass and little fine hairs on the stem. I've never seen any flowers on it. I have attached pictures that show an emerging from the ground what it looks like undisturbed and a pile of it but I got when I started dethatching my yard. I would also like suggestions for eliminating it. Any information or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
