Help identify a weed in my yard

I live in the Pacific Northwest My grass is bluegrass ryegrass and fescue. I have a weed that has taken over my yard It has runners that run under the grass along the ground and has fine tiny hairs on the stem. It looks like clover to me but I know it's not I've never seen any flowers on it either. I'm submitting pictures of what it looks like as an emerges from the ground. Also pictures of it look it looks like undisturbed because I've started to de-thatch my yard. Also pictures of a pile of it from the dethatching. Any ideas of what it is and how do I get rid of it would be greatly appreciated

The above is spam and it is nonsense. The plant in question is not a grass of any description. And nor is it creeping buttercup. Any human eye could see that.

That looks like a clover to me. Just mow it. Clover makes a decent lawn. In general, you either have to dump chemicals on your lawn, which will inevitably run off and get into local streams and rivers or you have to hand weed.

I think we also have it in WI. I am not sure what it is. It does look like Clover but Clover stems are different than that. What a pain! Sorry I don't know what it is.

Its the devil to get out! it cones up in my gravel and along the edges of beds. has a terrible root system. only time i can get it out is after heavy rains like today!

There are lots of species in Fabaceae which it could be. Pictures of a living plant, in focus details and flowers if possible would help narrow it down.

Lots of plants have lobed leaves that aren't clover. Could be Black Medic or Oxalis.

It's a member of the Fabaceae for sure, so not an Oxalis. There a few dried up flowerheads visible which could be Black Medic. They're too big for Trifolium repens.
