Those are Cyclamen seedlings.

Thank you! Now that I'm pointed in the right direction, I can figure out how to care for them. Interestingly, the pot the original plant came in was labeled begonia. That can happen when you shop at a big box garden center.

There were also seed pods with the plant I transplanted (which died) and I planted them with those seedlings, on the half of the pot where you can see there's only soil. I gave up on them after a couple months. Now I see that they can take up to 15 months to germinate, so maybe that's where those couple new shoots are from. That's exciting!

Cyclamen pods are spherical like small marbles.

Begonias and Cyclamen flowers and leaves look completely different so if you Google you'll see which you had.
