Interesting idea. how about the painted built in cabinets that need a refresh? They’re currently dirty, yellowing white

What trim color do you have in the rest of the house? Trim is usually the same throughout the house, not changed room to room unless you are using the same color on the walls as the trim. Even then a lot of people will use the main color in the house and paint all the trim that single color.

We need to and plan on repainting all of the trim one room at a time. it is well past time to do so!

I’ve seen SW Extra White look great with Agreeable Gray, but it was in a large room. This link should tell you quite a bit about AG, including trim color choices.

If starting from scratch and Agreeable Gray is your main neutral I would look at BM Chantilly Lace, BM Simply White, SW Extra White and Pure White and White Snow. The last 2 Pure White and White Snow are probably my favorites with Agreeable Gray.
