Empire Flooring LLC DO NOT USE Them

last year

#### **Revised Complaint Post**

We’ve had our floor fully installed **four times** and had **three repairs**. Each assessor sent by the company said the entire floor needed to be replaced because it was coming up and had huge gaps.

We paid over **$17,899 for this terrible flooring**. Now, no one is responding to our emails, and it’s clear their materials are low quality. They’re supposed to fix our floors, but the material they have in stock were is defective!

When they brought us samples, none of the collections were available—in fact, the only ones “in stock” were thd defective, and the company said they would be “relaunching” them. It’s been **two years**, since we purchased the floor we have had problem 3 weeks later big gaps, engineer hardwood was defective they replace them all with another bad product that was replace with more bad product and we’re still waiting for a new product which again they said was being re launched because of bad defect issues. Now they wouldnt return our phone calls nor emails nothing!

We even filed a complaint with the **Better Business Bureau (BBB)**, and we’re starting to think we may have to get a lawyer involved. The salesperson said he’s **not involved** and told us not to call him anymore about it. Both the local office and corporate have been completely unresponsive.

We’ve taken off work so many times for these repairs and still have nothing to show for it. Now we fear we’re just out of money with bad flooring. I’m really depressed and frustrated by this whole experience.

**We deserve better for the price we paid!**
