Even if the tile is flat and has no cracks?

Also if you can define it in what way it will fail? Im doing other rooms as well. So i can consider removing the tiles on those ones.

Did you put the new floor under the dishwasher, stove and fridge? if you didnt you e basically locked in those appliances. causing an issue for repair or replacement.

Remove the tile.

You cannot put any floating floor on top of a floor that is not flat to 3/16" in 10'. That is the industry standard. You would have zero warranty if you did not sand the existing floor to create a mechanical bond, and then use a flowable cementitious fill, to get rid of those grout lines., and get the floor flat and smooth enough. And then you will need to undercut all of the moldings in the house. So when you later do go to remove the guaranteed failure sandwich down to the subfloor, you would have to replace all your casings and baseboards too.

It can depend a bit on the tile and the flooring. If you have a level and real smooth tile surface, a good firm flooring.... it can be OK and not be a fail. Some folks have done LVP over tile and it worked great. If you have a lot of uneven in the tile or grouting, or have a thinner more flexible flooring... and you can have your tile unevenness pressing and showing through the flooring. Especially in the higher traffic areas. Some folks have gone down this road and been deeply disappointed later on.

What is your manufacturers guidance on this? Instructions on floor prep for the product?

Not a good idea at all. All the grout joints very well may end up telegraphing thru, especially with large format tile underneath.
