I installed Graber motorized blinds 5 years ago and I have had endless problems with them. Graber has upgraded the gateways several times and has sent me new ones, but I'm still having issues. The gateways stop working every few weeks and need to be unplugged for a few seconds. Once the gateway gets plugged in again, everything works fine until the next time they stop. Graber has suggested that I set up an extra router so the gateways would operate on their own network. I'm dubious because I have a very strong wifi system. Has anyone else experienced similar issues and do you have suggestions?
