You can match the cabinets with a lighter off white color, to give your floors the protagonist spot, the floors have a mix of warm light brown tones, you can choose an off white color on the brownish side, like a beige or a warm gray, your countertop is already great and can be mix with pretty much all off white tones, the one that you have right now is too warm with the wood and the contrast is too rough. with changing the color of the cabinets with a lighter color your kitchen is gonna be lighter, less heavy and more spacious, I hope we could help! have a great day!

Is there a reason you want tile floors? Your flooring seems to continue into your living space. I would consider getting an engineered hardwood instead of tile flooring, even if you have a pool. It is much nicer to live with than tile. If that is not in the budget, perhaps consider wood look tile. This is porcelain.

For a countertop, consider Corian solid surface in a solid off white/beige/cream. It is such a small space you might appreciate the clean look of a matching backsplash in your counter material. This is Corian Rice Paper.

I read tiled countertops are making a comeback

I have 4" tile countertops in my kitchen, and they look great and are bulletproof. They do have a thin grout line. I clean with a spray that has some bleach. If needed I dry with a towel to catch any crumbs from bread. Saltillo has a thick grout so that would be difficult for a counter.

Thin grout lines are just as disgusting as thick ones, and even harder to clean. Impossible actually. Tile is not bulletproof. Mine has cracks, and worn-off finish around the grout lines that have been scrubbed so much. My mother's white Formica lasted longer than my tile.
