Sage green with white trim. Too bad the brick has been painted as red brick would look sweet with the green stucco. Just my opinion.

Just search stucco cottages (try Pinterest -there are a ton) and don’t limit based on the roof‘s lines. Look for homes with your roof color and white trim windows. Here’s a feel of the grey concept, which feels a bit drab

It really comes down to personal preference and there are programs that might help you visualize the choices.

I'd go with a warm cream.

As a side point, you have a lot of trees way too close to your house. I would move the young tree to the left of the arched window further into the yard. Look up the mature crown size and make sure it's far enough away to not brush your house when it's grown.

I'm not sure what you can do with the tree behind the chimney. No one can paint with it there and I'm not sure you can move it. You can try.

I would power wash the bricks, even if they don't come completely clean.

the white window sashes are great, and the soffit all add another dimension.

You’ve already been given a few good paint suggestions. My only comment is that I really like your house & it would be fun to landscape it, leaning into the ”cottage style” look. Lots of flowering plants …. etc.

We love the chimney in the original brick materials, that's a beautiful look for the house, i will pressure wash it to clean the paint and it would be better for maintenance, for the color of the house, a light sage color would be beautiful or a warm gray doesn't bother me, for the roof i would choose a color easy to clean and mantein like dark gray

Thank you all for your insights. The house gets a lot of sun, especially on the chimney side which has western exposure. Some of the darker trendy sage greens are nice but I worry that the west side would become sun-bleached. I think I'm going to also go with having the white paint power-washed off the chimney. I appreciate all of the comments and I have a lot more to think about!!

Stick to the warm whites/creamy ivory suggestions. Yes, strong sun will “bleach” one side, which will be weird. Your house screams “keep me light colored”. A light gray roof sounds perfect to me.

Show us a photo after you power wash the brick chimney!

It's customary in some sunny dry areas to have to repaint the west and south facing trim paint twice as often as the rest of the house. Lighter paint looks better as it fades.
